OUR AIMS

The role of the Alliance is to deliver:
– Funding
– Policies

The ultimate aim is to make  sure the support is in place to enable economic, social and environmental renewal in the cities, towns and communities covered by Alliance member authorities. To deliver this goal, the Alliance:

  1 Provides a collective voice for its member authorities in the corridors of power in Westminster, Whitehall, Edinburgh and Cardiff.

  2 Publishes and circulates policy intelligence and analysis to help inform decision making.

  3 Keeps its member authorities informed of the latest developments and opportunities.

  4 Tables proposals for policies and budget lines that will help deliver jobs, growth and prosperity.
